    Yes that should be okay, and post by recorded delivery as well, you can make sure its reached them on the Royal mail website tracking as well, and if that is not the correct dept, they must pass this on for you anyway.;)

    Thanks again Di, I will do that! Hopefully get something positive out of it - though its going to be around 18 to 24 months time when I see the benefit? I'll be owed even more by then LOL

    Don't worry, i was like that with mine as well, but finally have them all out of the way, I sort of went into fast mode and all now sent to be dealt with.
