Oh dear, there's a rumor going around town that they're opening a Primark in our old Woolies. I really doubt it, but people are getting excited

Everytime a shop closes down here everyone is convinced that it is going to open back up as Primark, never does though!

I haven't been in primark for ages, is too much of a hassle going in the oxford street one. The one in Southampton when i go down and visit the parents is like a jumble sale full of screaming kids and vile adults.

Urgh, I hate Primark when it's busy!! I manage to time it perfectly when I go, after the lunchtime rush but before all the school kids fill it so it's pretty quiet. Couldn't pay me to even go near it on a Saturday though!
It's such a mess when it's busy too, I'm constantly seeing things I think look okay and then I spend ages finding the rail it came from. I don't know how the people who work there cope.
  • 11am on a Sunday is good too, but I know what you mean, it's like a jumble sale in all the worst ways. And I always seem to get people asking me to get things from high rails for them when I go in. Well not asking, demanding (people of Middlesbrough - yuk!). If I had more wits about me I'd smile sweetly and say 'Oh sorry, I don't actually work here'.

20 STP tracks done and I'm pooped! My eyes were slowly closing on the last couple tracks so I'm calling it a day :o Off to have some milk and biscuits and watch the telly! Then an early night, wanting to get up early tomorrow so I have plenty of time to get everything done before work.

Have a nice night all x

Have a nice evening Cinny. I was all tucked up in bed by 9pm lastnight - very early for me!! Might do the same again tonight, have bought myself a nice crappy magazine to read.

Awesome night on BP. Started with 3318 points on NIMs account, did my 10 posts, went on the slots, cashed in the full 1000. Ended up with 6727 points!!! I got 3 lots of mushrooms! And I had been fairly chuffed that my own account only lost 150 points after slotting it out, quashed into insignificance now!

That's really good Dinah! Well done :D I only lost 150 on there this morning so not too bad - I'm at 6850 now. Should redeem on Friday.

Need to get a crack on, overslept by an hour so I've only *just* done BingoPort. Off to quickly get dressed then I'm going to spend the rest on the morning on STP, only a little bit of housework to do today so it shouldn't take me long.

    Have a nice morning x
  • I got an email from BP yesterday to say that they've passed it on to 'Karen' - I assume this is the Kaz they all talk about, she scares me a bit! Didn't do BP yesterday, lost my enthusiasm for it as it takes so long now. I haven't had any mushrooms for ages either!

Don't worry Tete, I've spoken to her on Facebook before - she's really nice!

OH just got to 9000 on his account, so I've redeemed for him. He just plays for fun so said I can have the voucher as he isn't too bothered about it. Woop!
