I know it's sensible, but it's so weird coming from him! He's doing so well though bless him, he's still on target to be DF by Valentines. Will be a bit of a push though!
I think it's just silly, it's a game he really wants and I'm offering to buy it him in a 'you don't have to pay me back' way and it's not like I'm skinting myself buying it. Oh well, just means more money in my purse I guess! :rolleyes:0 -
Hehe bless him, I expect my OH will have got this today, he loves playing it.0

OK girls, thinking caps on ... hypothetically what could I have spent £160 on? This is the difference between my account balance and available balance, so it's not showing up yet and I'm a bit worried becasue last time there was such a discrepancy and I didn't know what it was it turned out to be fraud!
My last lot of petrol is showing up and I paid cash for everything I can think of over the weekend, everything I can remember buying is already showing up :undecidedWeightloss: 14.5/65lb0 -

Oh gosh Tete, that's not good! I'd ring the bank and ask like Dinah said - sure there aren't any weird direct debits coming out or anything?0

No the only DDs I have are little amounts to charities and a £50 a month to my car account, and that's already gone. I have this horrible sinking feeling... Will give them a call when I get home and have all my details in front of me.Weightloss: 14.5/65lb0

Oh no Tete, that's a horrid feeling. Have you paid anything extra into your account that just hasn't cleared yet? Fingers crossed it's nothing sinister x

You'll have to let us know once you've been in touch with the bank. I hope it isn't anything horrible like fraud :sad:0

I had that the other day when I had a problem with the oyster machine and it cancelled my purchases but the money dissapeared for a couple of days, it did come back though. The bank weren't much good and said they can only see what i can. Hope it comes back.
I love my job sometimes , just got invited to go and see Jimmy Carr in December and to go fr a meal with one of our sales reps.0 -
You lucky so-and-so Wendz! I'd love to see Jimmy Carr live.
Itching to sort my budgets out, I know how much I'll be getting as I'm back on basic wages. Might do it now as I've started lugging my notepad around with me.0
