please help regarding NUS card grrrr

Hi, Last year I purchased a 3yr NUS card as I study with the open university. Got it through no problem. I was "supposed" to receive an e-mail sometime in august with a link which would enable me to order my card for this coming student year but no e-mail arrived and I have no student card despite having already paid for it.

I have tried to e-mail them numerous times but have yet to receive any reply (they say a maximum wait of 10 days), I have rung them but keep getting a pre recorded message saying they are receiving large numbers of calls and cannot answer mine and to leave a message (which I have). It doesnt matter what time of day I call I always get this message.

What can I do? These people have taken my money and I am really angry at not getting what I paid and not getting a single response from them. What rights do I have?

I also paid for the 3 year card last year - I am doing OU too.
I did get the email in August from the NUS and have received my new card.
Have you checked your spam incase it has gone in there?

I'm doing OU too - what course are you all doing?

Whenever I've had to deal with the NUS card people, they've always been pretty good. I just get the one year one though as who knows if I'll be a student for the three years solid, lol.
