Gas and electric unpaid
Options
I moved into a property in Feb 09 and have yet to pay anything..i know I have left it, and left it and now am worried that I'll receive a massive bill when I contact them. I did register all my details with British Gas when I moved in but for some reason they have not sent me anything.
What's the best thing to do without me receiving a HUGE bill that I have to pay IMMEDIATELY?. S.O.S......

yes, however due to it being a new build and the builders' name was on the account at first it took a long time for me to determine who was providing the service. After many many, many phone calls, checking of the serial numbers (i'm on 3rd floor), calling back, checking all the numbers on the boxes, being told it didn't match their serial numbers, then after more calls being told it did..i then set up my account after giving the metre readings for everything.. i failed to hear anything from them...then after calling them back a couple of months later they said they needed the seial numbers and metre readings as an account was not set up...i kinda said I'd call back and never did...... stupid I know but i was fed up with the countless calls and now have the fear of calling them..Help pls0
