payment to Barclaycard from my First Direct Account

Apologies I am aware I've also posted this on the credit card board but I'm trying to get an answer ASAP

I have just made a payment to Barclaycard from my First Direct Account (Bill Payment) does anyone know if it will hit my Barclaycard today ?
