I'm unable to get my E-mails on Outlook.

as per title.
I use XP and had no problems until last night. I was with NTL (Virgin) and switched to Talk Talk some 18 months ago. I mention this because I have used my old NTL email address for my email delivery ever since without problems. I can access the WWW with no problem.
I called TT today and they would not help me as I use a NTL email as my address! I do have a Virgin phone line into my house as well as a TT line in. (I needed two phone lines in when I was working. Now I'm retired, I intend to get rid of one of them) My Virgin line in has developed a fault and I wonder if this is connected to my Email problem?

The error message I'm getting is, (0x800ccc0D) sending and receiving.

Any advice welcomed!

Hi, There's another thread on here somewhere to do with virgin. I'm in G;asgow and can't get emails in or out (we're ntlworld too), or access their website so must be an error with them.

Back on with e-mails! Not sure why but I'm back. Virgin chap jist called and sorted my phone and lo and behold, my emails arrive! He (nice chap!) said it was unconnected but I'm not sure.
Any way, top marks to Virgin repair chap.
