Have you looked in the confetti shop in Newcastle Under Lyme, I went there to try some on and the prices were very reasonable. The sale ones were from £49 and they were lovely. Shame they didnt fit me! Its on King Street in Newcastle not far from the borough arms hotel. I dont know of any company's around here who rent dresses and if you do decide to look in confetti you are best off making an appointment.
