I started the online application yesterday for the "Easy Access" [HA!] account.
Filled everything in, got to the last page, hit submit button..........................
waited.............................waited some more.................." Internal Error log out" Wasted 20 minutes
I did not want to duplicate the application so I waited untill this morning and used their call back facility...."request timed out" AAHRRRGGG!!!
I might e-mail them as I really do not want to call their 0845 number, but then again, it does not bode well if I wanted to get my hands on my cash does it?

This happened to me, and mine went through fine. Did you get an email afterwards with your access token in it? I did, so I presumed it was all good, although I did go into my bank to make sure. Even if you do end up ringing them, I found them really helpfulWe must all suffer one of two things: the pain of discipline or the pain of regret and disappointment0

Well, as I said, I tried that callback service on Monday morning and got nothing.
I then e-mailed them twice and got no reply at all, not even an auto response. There is no way I'm going to pay 5p a minute for them to sort out their problems. So on the strenth of that they are out the window.
I'll be reviewing my accounts in 3-4 months anyway so they will get another chance then if their rates are competitive, I wont discount them because of this glitch, but if I'm on the ball everyone else has to be aswell.
Similarly with all internet companies before I buy,and after reading the T&C's I'll e-mail thier support section, if they answer [many dont!] I'll ask about returns policy or do they repair or replace etc.If I get a good response
I'll purchase from them even if its slightly more expensive than a cheaper rival with a 'could'nt care less now we've got your money' customer care service.
Confidence in a company is essential when my money is involved.
Dabs and Time taught me a lot:mad:_________________________________________
