Questionaire

I am trying to claim back PPi from a couple of places and both have sent me questionaires to fill out , one of them is asking for proof i had other cover which i don't have anymore . What should i do ? :confused:

    Just state that you do not have any proof (it was not compulsory anyway so should not hinder the complaint) and there are lots of other reasons for misselling.

    I cant see what "other cover" would have to do with it unless you have stated that you didnt need it as you already had cover. Asking for evidence would make sense then as you could be telling lies. Not saying you are but certain things people say in letters, especially template letters, have no truth to them.

    If you cannot provide proof, then give them the name of the provider, the policy number (if you have it still) and the rough time it was in force.

    As marshallka says, it wont be an issue if there are other reasons it was mis-sold.

  • I did say in my letter to them that i had other insurance , which i did at the time but i don't have it now and have no record of it .... (shredder happy ):wink:

    WOrd of your mouth should be enough. Just read that also in the proposed rules.
