Hi all, Kays have really miffed me off lately & I don't want to ever use them again, long story short, I waited 2months with lots of phone calls & changed delivery dates for a chair, when it finaly arrived it had 2 broken legs!!! Then they offered to send me 2 new legs!!! NONONO!!! :mad: They are collecting it on Thursday & I bartered 10% off my exciting account.;) Obviously, allthough they won't admit it, they know I am an unhappy customer, so they have sent me lots of vouchers.
