Refusal to provide refund after 7 days

Wharfdale TV's are exclusive to Argos as they own the brand , looks like you have bought a refurbished or customer return TV !0

Their terms and conditions don't violate your rights as they stand, but in practice (i.e. sticking to no refund after 7 policy regardless of circumstances) may do.
As the retailer, they are responsible for providing a remedy, and are obliged to help you, even if the manufacturer is their repair agent. If you are unable to contact Wharfedale for repair, or have any problems, you should ask them to do it for you. If they cannot, then replacement or refund may well be the most appropriate optionSquirrel! If I tell you who I work for, I'm not allowed to help you. If I don't say, then I can help you with questions and fixing products. Regardless, there's still no secret EU law.
