    There has been a great deal of scaremongering on this subject, especially since no authoritative source has ever said that DLA is at risk (though some have declined to comment either way).

    There is no reason why we should trust or believe this statement any more or less than we should those that claim DLA is to be scrapped.
    Gone ... or have I?
  • it might be an idea for everyone to read the latest B&W report linked above,whilst the govt does seem to be back tracking on recent statements they have with out any shred of doubt left a back door open to reform of dla at a future date.
    The other thing that concerns me is this setting up of a national care service,supposably for the elderly,but something that could easily be swung round to replace the care element of dla
