    That's what is is like Sal-I shouldnt joke, my Mom had a prolapsed womb. She sneezed and *THWAP* blasted thing nearly dropped out! I don't have an issue with ummmmmmmmmm, wee iykwim, just is aching.

    Anyone with a busy life can gladly swap with me. Feel a bit down about life in general lately, I just seem to go from day to day doing nothing. Well except working 4 hours 5 days out of 7 :rolleyes:

    I went with run club Sam-they said we did 5 miles but I reckon it was more like 4.5 as I don't do any looping back (I am the one they have to come loop back for! sooo bloody slow!)

    I miss everyone too, just so busy these days-kids have karate Tues/thurs, swimming Fri and I have runclub Tues, secret missions on Wed nights so busy everynight except monday now. Work unbelievably busy...

    Bunny you will get faster hun if you keep going, and new people join! Ive gone backwards and was running so slowly today, guess thats what happens if you don't run regularly

    It's not so secret really but I kinda want to not say much, doing WW and I am really determined to do things differently this time so feel a bit daft for saying anything...
    I want to live my life being happy and comfortable and healthy and permanently reduce my weight whilst not 'depriving' myself.
