Tattooist in need of insurance advice

Hi all, not sure if I'm posting this in the right place but my brother's setting up a tattoo studio but has been quoted just shy of £1000 for public liability insurance which seems rather steep. Can anyone recommend a reputable company with more realistic rates?

    Thats not a bad price when you take the risks they are insuring against into consideration and the amount of "accident" chasers there are offering no win no fee

    Would agree with this but also I'd suggest £1000 doesn't sound that bad for somebody who sticks needles full of chemicals into people for a living.
