Dangers of buying newbuilds off plan

Hi, below is a ITV/Youtube video of the dangers of buying newbuilds off plan. Just some thing for first time buyers to consider that if they buy off plan the property may fall in value and you may have to find extra money to cover the diference in valueation or risk getting sued by the builder. Just be aware and enjoy the video.
