    Mine shows full price to but when you track it through the website it gives my discount price.
    I also didnt get charged postage either,i bought a psp game.
    Topcashback are also doing the same deal as quidco........

    well I messed up, thought code would be entered on payment page but there was no-where to put it & item has gone through at full price.......at least I went through quidco so hopefully that will track ! Thanks op got a wii game for £4.75 if quidco tracks so still good

    I did the same as you (in such a hurry to order and get a bargain) but I e-mailed them to explain and they said I could order something else and they would still honour the £5 off, so might be worth a try.

    popular item that has run outafter you placed your order maybe?-(not sure myself- asos, laredoute, topshop and many others seem to do this too- I used to work for one of them- irritating when it happens!) not sure if it would work but maybe try emailing the company you ordered with to ask if they can send you the item when its back in stock?
