Ticket Ocean - Cliff Richard tickets

:mad: Hey has anyone heard of this company 'Ticket Ocean'? I got 2 front row seats for my Mum for the Cliff Richard concert in Manchester from them. They have charge a grand total of £500, and seem to have disappeared!!! Emails have gone unanswered and the telephone number does not work!! We booked them 12 months ago and foolishly have not been checking up on them! I have a devastated Mum, can anyone help. Thanks so much......
