DRO question

my MIL has an appt to see cab re:dro soon and i was wondering when she does an SOA beforehand can she include the debt payments she is currently making,but will be part of the dro,or are these not allowed as monthly outgoings.
thanks in advance for any help.

    DRO questions are better on the bankruptcy board (as it's a form of insolvency).

    But your question has a simple answer.

    Payments to non-priority creditors do not form part of the 'expenditure' as if the DRO is granted, the debts will be effectively written off.

    So when putting her SoA together your MIL (with the adviser's help) must ensure that there is less than £50 per month surplus income, counting essential expenditure only
