Ebay problems HELP ME

hi
i need help with ebay, in about july this year i received a email from 'ebay' and like a idiot i opened the link and signed in, then it asked for my paypal login as a 'random security check' what a idiot i am i had just had my ebay account stolen,
so i thought all is not lost, i reported it to ebay and paypal a week later (by the time i realised i was scammed) as i could not sign in. there response was a automated one saying no activity had happened, the problem was i could not sign in. so i thought screw it i would give up on ebay as i had been scammed on purchases i had made anyway.
then in august all hell broke loose, i began to get a lot of emails regarding claims that had been put in against me, i ignored them as i had no use for my paypal anymore, then the DCA letters came and the phone calls started coming thick and fast the first letter was from intrum justitia wanting £102.79 from me in ebay fees (i have never sold anything in my life) this had to be the scammer, i sent them a letter back explaining what had happened and gave them a copy of the email i received, they were understanding and dropped the thing, fine 2 weeks without the phone ringing of the hook
then came the devil himself IQOR recovery services, they have sent three letters so far the first asking for £102.79, the second was a reminder then the third was for £196.79.
then tonight (29 sept) the phone has not stopped ringing, i am in a bad state i have not eaten in 3 days and im having trouble sleeping, this is affecting my school work massively, i do not know where to turn. the phone line belongs to my parents and the continual calls are upsetting them and thats falling onto me. can someone help.

hi Mozette
i sent them a letter on saturday the 26 sept to two contact addresses i had, any attempt to email them results in a automated response. i cannot phone as its a 0845 number and its not my phone line!0 -
Do your parents know what has happened? if not please tell them straight away so they can help. I am sure they wont object to you using the phone to sort this out.
Please post this on the ebay forum board for extra help & inform the police ASAP. Tell anyone who calls/rings/writes that you have had your ID stolen & have reported it as a crime. Ask the police for a crime reference number or some proof you have reported it.
I have nearly been scammed myself twice by people attempting to buy off me using hacked ebay accounts so it does happens a lot.Tallyhoh! Stopped Smoking October 2000. Saved £29382.50 so far!0 -
Im surprised ebay did not deal with this when you first contacted them. I guess you told them what had happened at which point they should have closed off your ebay and paypal accounts.
You notified them and had no further access to these accounts so i do not see how you are liable.Although no trees were harmed during the creation of this post, a large number of electrons were greatly inconvenienced.

It happens every day... I guess at least now you won't click links in mails again
OK - Send them the letter again, copy of the mail again and the letter for "don't call me again - I will only deal in writing from now on" - I'm sure someone will post the link for you in a bit
That should stop the calls
Importantly YOU MUST MUST MUST send the letter recorded signed for!!
Also remember there are postal strikes at the moment - you may have sent a letter on the 26th - but if it's got stuck somewhere inbetween strikes it may take longer to get there...DFW Nerd #025DFW no more! Officially debt free 2017 - now joining the MFW's!

they have now got my letter and sent one back asking for me to prove my age!, they have ignored the fact that its not my debt and i cannot access my account0

intrum justitia is part of ebay and paypal and try to scare people into paying money they don't owe. paypal are a nightmare as these stories and my previous experience prove so tread carefully with both ebay abd paypal.
