From Malaga to Portugal

Hey all,

Am just wondering is it possible for me to get from Malaga to Lisbon Portugal (Benfica fc)
have just priced a flight with Iberia airways and it was over €300 !! :eek:

Do you lot know of any other way i could get there ie train or even driving?

Yes, you can do it either by train or driving.

By train, look at the Seat61 website.
It may look a bit complicated, and it is bound to be more difficult that a UK train journey.

You could also fly to Seville,Faro or Porto with Ryanair or Easyjet which are about 1/2 the distance than Malaga or direct into Lisbon from London + Liverpool with Easyjet.

It's quite a long way - nearly 700km. For that reason, 300EUR isn't that bad a deal for the flight, especially as it presumably goes via Madrid.

However, if you don't mind the driving, it should only take about 7 hours maximum.
