Out of memory line 122

Periodically i get this message pop up on my computor, if i ignore the page becomes responsive so i reboot but what does it mean? Its not often that it pops up but this evening its popped up twice in a couple of hours.

Any ideas?

    It means that one of the programs you are running is not working correctly, but you give so little detail that it would be impossible to guess which one...

    Yes but ive had problems with internet explorer today. its just happened again ive encountered this error when i tried to open internet explorer.

    'Internet explorer raised unhandled exception in third party module and should be closed. We are sorry for inconvenience.

    Ive only really been on Facebook so ive not noticed if its happening on other pages too.
