My local Morrisons are a penny per litre different two even though they are only a shortish distance apart. I went to the Asda in Hulme, Manchester this morning and it was 101.9 so that is cheaper than Morrisons anyway!0

Most fuel stations do a local pricing policy so if one round the corner is cheap they all are. If there isnt one near by it goes in a bit higher and has no competition to bring it down.
If its near main roads or dearer stations such as BP the price will remain higher wereas in less prime locations there is less holding the price up.0
