mobile buyer with zero feedback

Hi,

I need an opinion of yours.I just sold my mobile on Ebay.Despite blocking the buyers with zero feedaback my item has been won by a person who has zero feedback registered on 14-May-06 & located in United States and buyer wants me to deliver it to NIGERIA to her husband & is willing to make the payment via PAYPAL.
I have heard a lot about scammers but I dont know whether I should trust her or not & accept the payment through paypal or not? Please any advice will be most welcome.
Thanks

    DO NOT TRUST!!!

That is the biggest scam of all getting you to send to Nigeria. Report to eBay and resell.

    Good Luck.

Nigeria doesn't have a postal service too but not many people know this.

DO NOT touch this with a bargepole is my advice. I think you can report it to eBay as it's a country you don't offer to send things to, and the bid can be wiped off. I'm not that experienced an eBay seller but I keep the following info on my eBay 'favourite seller's' list and refer to her posting when I need to reassure myself! The eBay ID is: bella*s-posting

Just go to 'find an ebay member', type in the above ID and then click on 'about Me' for her advice, which includes Nigeria scam. I found this when reading reams of threads on an eBay discussion board.

DO NOT PROCEED WITH YOUR 'SELLER' AT ALL, I WOULD ADVISE!!
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Where does it say that the OP selected not to post to other countries?

I dont know much about this conn, but I'de say you shud wait till the money is in your account, check via logging in not emails, then wait for a weeks or so and send it off. Really not sure.

    OR

Report it to eBay as Nigeria isnt a country covered by them or something like that. I would take this option actually, I think eBay will cancel it for you.

Just don't accept the payment. You will not be covered by paypal seller protection policy if you send it to a different address. If they pay you then click on refund and tell them that you won't do it.

And also tell them that you will be reporting them to ebay and then report them.

If you send it to Nigeria the people will get the phone then do a chargeback with paypal for items not arrived. You will not have a leg to stand on because you wouldn't have sent it to the registered address with paypal and they will get all their money back.
