A few weeks ago I read in the mail that the eurolock used in upvc doors has a design fault that means anyone with a little know how can open them in a few seconds with no special tools.The quote was from a locksmith who said he had complaining about security issues with these locks for a few years,but nothing had been done.We are in the process of considering new windows and doors does anyone no if there is an alternative for these eurolocks.

It describes a technique called "lock bumping". You will need broadband to view the TV footage but it looks like most locks are vulnerable :shocked:0
