aol? - no bt! no aol!

paid aol since aug 2005 for service of talk and broadband
we move house - broadband yes - talk dissappears

when do i find out? - 3 months later when i get bill from BT - even though i been paying aol

aol, after 7 hours of calls (at 5p a min)!! offer £100 -

i am now £167 + £53 + £30 out of pocket

what now?:confused:

    Small Claims Court?

    They've clearly admitted resonsibility by paying you £100 compensation so claim the REAL cost of their ineptitude.
    Time has moved on (much quicker than it used to - or so it seems at my age) and my previous advice on residential telephony has been or is now gradually being overtaken by changes in the retail market. Hence, I have now deleted links to my previous 'pearls of wisdom'. I sincerely hope they helped save some of you money.
