HOW DO i MOVE CONTACTS FROM OUTLOOK TO OUTLOOK EXPRESS

Can anybody tell me how I move my contacts or copy them, from Outlook into Outlook Express step by step please?

1. In Outlook, File - Import and Export - Export to a file - Comma Separated Values (Windows) - select Contacts folder - save to a file.
2. In Outlook Express, File - Import - Other Address Book - Text File (Comma Separated Values) - choose the file saved in step 1.0 -
Thats really weird coz I was trying to do exactly teh same thing on Friday and kind of gave up! Call me thick but this does mean that the contact details stay in Outlook as well as being exported to outlook express?:kisses2:0

tinamaria, Exporting the contacts doesn't remove them from Outlook. All you're doing is creating a file containing a copy of them. That file can then be imported into OE.0
