Credit cars machines

I have a small business and am looking for a credit card machine. I have found one from Payment Card Industry Processing (PCIP) Ltd which looks competitive.
4 Year contract
Start up fee £100
No minimum monthly transaction fee
£20 per month rent of machine
Rate for credit card transactions 1.3%
For debit cards 16p per transaction
3 days transfer time through Bank of Ireland
no authorisation fee
I know nothing about PCIP and their web site is down.
Can anybody reccomend them or any better deals ?
