receiving digital TV on indoor aerial

Can anybody reccommend a decent indoor digtal aerial for me please ?
Living in arnold in nottingham , already have a digital aerial for main Tv in living room but would like to watch TV in bedroom on small TV (elonex 7" picture frame TV , might have seen in my other post
)
Am in rented so dont want to make any holes in walls/ceilings for an extension from the main aerial so would like to buy a good digital indoor aerial .
Seen a few in argos from £20 ish but so many to choose from
