Download ccleaner and get rid of all the other rubbish as well.
Otherwise right click on the top grey bar on IE and click on Menu Bar, or something similar then you'll get the tools menuIt's taken me years of experience to get this cynical0 -
START - CONTROL PANEL - INTERNET OPTIONS
It's the same thing;)I am not a complete idiot - some parts are missing;)0 -

You could manually find and delete the files, but you may be easiest trying to get the tools bar back. Do you have "File" and "Edit" etc on a bar at the top? If not try right clicking around the top bars until you get a drop down that says "Menu Bar" "Links" and "Status Bar" then click on "Menu Bar" and you should get the "tools" option back.0 -
I use a different browser (safari) for shopping via quidco so I know that the cookies will not come from somewhere else. I use another browser (firefox) for general internet browsing and everything else.
Consider using firefox, chrome or safari as an alternative to IE as it isn't the best browser.0 -
Have you tried accessing Internet Options in Control Panel ?
You can get rid of your cookies there as well, then click the box where it says 'Delete browsing history on exit'. This will stop files building up every time you go on line.
You could also download Webroot Window Washer which can get rid of all cookies automatically.
I hope this helpsRegards,
