wardrobe got pieces missing......what to do??

Can you return the original wardrobe and order a new one?

If not I would definitely ask for a discount to cover the cost of buying the missing parts. The worst they can say is no!

I would have them deliver a new package and give the driver your old one, so you've still only got one, and you'll know that they haven't just re-sent the same pack out to you with the missing pieces!

i wish i had the energy to take the wardrobe back down again and return for a new one but, whos to say the new one wont have the same pieces missing - i suppose itll teach me to check the pieces before i put it up but i had waited so long for the order to come after two boxes went missing and they couldnt fulfill my order until they turned up (there was actually only 2 boxes to the order anyway so am wondering what they meant? was it a fib or should they have said the full order gone missing?).

i have asked them for a credit to my account and im gonna go searching for the pieces i need in a diy shop or wilkinsons which hopefully will have them

it annoys me though that we the customer has to do all the bending and being flexible when they should be wanting our custom they would do anything to keep their customers happy...
