Hi
I regularly get paypal paymentsin for stuff I sell on ebay. Today I got 4 payments and 3 of them had the status unclaimed and it said i had to accept or reject them, whilst the other one just said completed.
Why has this 'accept' or 'reject' suddenly started appearing next to the payments. Why would I not acccept them?
anyone please help
Thanks you

My guess is that you are using a basic account which can only take payments from a paypal balance, not from debit or credit cards. YOu will need to upgrade to a premier account (and pay paypal fees on all transactions) to accept the other payments.
Unfortunately if you have paypal advertised as a payment option on your auctions then you must upgrade to accept these payments, if you refuse them you may run into problems if the buyers make non performing seller complaints against you.

Hi soolin
I already have the full blown premier account, since day 1 (1.5 years ago)
Have you ever had these come through?

I've not seen unclaimed except as outlined above. The only other thing I've ever seen is echeques (that have the egg timer thingy on the ebay sold page), but then the paypal note you have received would have made that clear.
The only other suggestion I have is that paypal is having it's usual Sunday evening problems?
Other than that, phone paypal and ask them.
