Still waiting for my letter from Eon

Well 28 days have passed and I have not received my 'correct' letter from Eon...

I would like this for my records...

Anyone else still waiting?

    Sorry you have not yet received the letter correcting the mistake about the end date for the Fixonline 3 tariff.

    I have just spoken to the department dealing with this and there's been a delay sending the letters out.

    They have advised the letters are being prepared now and despatch should begin within the next few days.

    I would allow about another month as they will be sent out in stages on an area by area basis. You could be lucky and receive it earlier; it just depends on the area you live.

    To confirm, the end date for Fixonline 3 is definitely 1 December 2010.

    Again, apologies for the delay to anyone waiting for this letter.
