8 Kodak printer packs - advice plz

Hey i have 8 x (40 pages + cartridge) packs of kodak easyshare printer packs for sale how will i go about making the most of selling these on ebay?

I think ill be better selling the seperately as no one will want 8 packs surely

Ive had a look around ebay and people are selling these at 12.99 each with 2 quid shipping so was thinking of putting them up at the same price (but it now) each, will this strategy maximize my profits :)

I dont think writing the listings should be a problem but any hints or advise would be welcome

    Hi there,

Funny you should post this as I do a number of print paper items on eBay myself. The matter of price really depends on how much you got these packs for...if they were given as a gift and you got them free, then I would suggest starting at 99p and generating loads of interest. I would agree you should sell seperately, something else which will go down well is free postage, make this your USP as other sellers wont be offering it. Coupled with a low start price and you could be making plenty of cash and also ensuring your items sell!

Personally I would have a BIN. Lets say a start price of £9.99 with a BIN of £12.50 (or whatever you think appropriate) but if I was needing these I would nopt be waiting around for x days to bid on the item.

To me these are commodities that most folk want to buy NOW! Iwould just research my market and price accordingly.

3 out of 8 already sold (in night one), hopefully the rest will go in the next couple of days

Ive noticed some mistakes i have made, which i will post up here when i have sold them all and worked out the cost of my mistakes

    Good learning experience though

Glad to hear they're selling well. Hintza I take your point about selling with a buy it now price, but when I sell packs of paper like this on eBay I usually start with a 99p bid and this works fine for me...maybe I will try using a slightly higher start amount in future and a buy it now price and see how it goes with that...

its a tough test BIN or auction...

Auction from 99p if you know the item is in demand.

I always have a search about for sales and auctions before I set an item online, then decide which option.

    Always a quandry though....lol
