Grrrr - what to do with 0 feedback bid!

Hi - I've got a phone that's auction is ending in 3 hours time. When I've checked the bids my most recent bidder has 0 feedback despite me specifically stating that folk with less than 10 recent positive feedback should bid!!! Have rejected the bid but because she put an earlier bid in my phone is now just £16 from £78!!! Bearing in mind these phones normally go for about £130!! Help what should I do?

Cheers - La x

I'm not quite sure what exactly you want to do? You've removed a bid which makes you uncomfortable, and that is fine, unfortunately it does mean you have taken out the competition so at the moment you only have the one buyer and no one to bid against him.

However the good news is that you should get lots of bids at the last moment anyway, most phones increase sharply in the last few seconds.

You will just have to wait and hope it goes to the higher price that you want as once the auction has less than 12 hours remaining you cannot remove the auction.

In your selling preferences you should check the options then it will stop people placing bids that don't meet certain criteria rather than you having to remove bids manually
