Capital One is not doing 0% balance transfers at the mo. Just so you know.
A 6.9% APR fix is available until January 2012. From feedback here, credit limits tend to be lower than the 0% BT cards.
Have you checked you can meet the criteria listed on the Cap One website? eg. have a cc with limit of at least £5000
