Hi there,
Am currently with talktalk on their talk 2 tariff. I have been on this tariff for a while now. The last 6 months' have been free of charge. They told me at the end of the 6 months' that my account would revert to talk1. However, upon checking my recent bill, they have kept me on talk2 but charged me £4.00 odd for this. I need to talk to them to try and get it for another 6 months' or more at zero. SO My question who's offering the above for free?
Thanks very much.
MS

I'd recommend you moved anyway (see various other tales of falsehood and prevarication from CPW et al in threads on here).ginger_nuts wrote:ok so it looks like your not tied to talk talk .So if they dont offer you a deal you can move .Time has moved on (much quicker than it used to - or so it seems at my age) and my previous advice on residential telephony has been or is now gradually being overtaken by changes in the retail market. Hence, I have now deleted links to my previous 'pearls of wisdom'. I sincerely hope they helped save some of you money.0
