MP3 Player Suggestions

I want to buy my son who is seven a cheapish mp3 player - one that holds about 256mb would be suitable. I tend to use Napster to download tracks at 79p a time. The files we download are wma protected files. Can anyone suggest any suitable products/websites for me to have a look at? Does the fact that I want a player that will play protected files limit my options?

Yes, unfortunately many of the cheapest MP3 players don't support DRM and it's something that you probably wouldn't find out until you've bought it as they don't usually say in their sales blurb.
All I can comment on are Creative products, which will play DRM OK. The Creative players are good reliable players.
I'm sure someone else can recommend other cheap DRM players.
There are ways to get around the DRM (obviously not to be discussed on here) but you would have to decide if it's really worth the hassle.
Edited for fat finger syndrome.Dave. :wave:0
