If you have ever been on the end of a telephone to a debt collection agency and had the kind of harassment that these guys use to try and get you to either pay a debt that isn't yours or try and get you to pay more than you can afford then sign this and lets stop this abuse.
Go to the Number10 gov website and search for Outlaw Debt Sale in petitions under communications.
