what to put on a bathroom wall...

i have 3 rows of white tiles going round the bath...but i hvae a shower over the bath now and i need to protect the walls,i dont fancy starting again with tiles...could carry on with the white,but they may not match as they have been there for 6 months now....does anyone have any instant fixes that are loads quicker???

    A while ago I was looking at some things called decopanels I think. They're not cheap but they can go over existing tiles, straight on the walls and also on ceilings. Because my shower room is very tiny with limited ventilation I get quite alot of mildew. These are made of some sort of plastic I think so they will wipe down really easily. www.absealantsltd.com/decos_faq.htm

    glass sheeting might be good, like you get for kitchen, alternatively add a single line of border above your excisting white tiles, then something with a mix of white and border matching above that so it looks deliberate/feature

  • We have just had our shower done with Mermaid panels they look fantastic and no more grout!!! This site gives a good idea on price etc.,

    Mermaid is brill - had it about 7 years in our shower cubicle and it looks as good as new - unlike manky grouted tiles!
