Is it my lap top that's the problem?

I'm trying to fill in a credit card application online with one of the 0% balance transfer charity card providers recommended by Martin. The window for the application form appears to the right and to the bottom of my screen and the maximise icon is out of view so I can't enlarge it. My up/down buttons won't work on the application form and I've tried moving it up and to the left with arrows but no joy. Is it because I'm using my lap top and can't manouevre the screen the way a pc would? Or is there a problem with the provider's site? (I've tried NSPCC and Great Ormond Street - the same problem with both).

Any help gratefully received.

Have you tried dragging the window to the centre of your screen?

Hover your mouse over the very top bar of the window. Hold down your left click, and move the mouse to where you want the window. This should drag the window wherever you want to put it.

Laptop or pc there should be no difference in how the screen looks and what you can grab and move!
