I've never had a confirmation email yet, but I don't tick all the 3 boxes,
a friend of mine which enters ticks all 3 and she gets losing emails and confirmation emails.

its taken 1 - 4 days before I get the email telling me what I've won,

altho in 1 instance I didnt get the email at all and had to chase it up, I had to send in sceenshot, it took them a while but they finally rang me back to say it was an Ipod :-)
