    hi milliewilly. what i meant to say was they other buyer in your case must be in a strong position to complete.dont think e.a. will entertain an offer without proof of funds from anyone. the property we are completing on also had a cash buyer interested but our offer was higher and we were not in a chain that must be why the vendors accepted our offer.
