Put in your mobile number at http://www.halifax.co.uk/bankaccounts/callback.asp and they will call you back straight away.
(I know it's designed for bank account applications, but whenever I use it they are happy to transfer me to the correct department, just ask to speak to Credit Cards).
I doubt they'll be able to help you in a branch, and will probably just put you on the phone.0 -
They will not be able to help you much in branch unless you want to make a new application - they can however call their credit card dept on your behalf. sounds like an underwriter needs to speak to you about your application may be calling you at home to confirm you landline etc. I would use the call back option.0
