Blackpool Hotel - New Year's Eve

I am going to be in the north west of England for the last few days of the year and wondered about spending New Year's Eve in Blackpool.
I need a hotel which has parking and will have something on for NYE which will be suitable for a child - and I need a family room.
I will only want to stay the one night - does anyone have any suggestions?
