Well, I made NSD 3 today. It's not quite so good as some of you, but my target is a little lower. I'm pretty confident I'll reach it at the end of the month.0

I'm really struggling this month, although not of my own doing. There's appointments every day this week & similar in a couple of weeks time, so I'm desperately hoping to get some serious nsd tallies from Sunday.
Well Done to yooze lot tho :T..very impressive!Full time Carer for Mum; harassed mother of three;loving & loved by two 4-legged babies.

Well yesterday was supposed to be a NSD and ended up not being! oops! had to pay for an order through the book club at work (xmas presents, earliest i've ever bought) and then had to give my dad some money for a drink last night! almost said no and explained the whole NSD thing but didn't.
Oh well, it's going to be touch and go this month now as i haven't planned for any in the last week coz it's my birthday week and got things planned. Not going to beat myself up over it tho! Think this month's aim will now be more to do with the amounts than the NSD's!! If i can stick to my budget then I'll still have done well!DMP Mutual Support Thread Member No 261Debt at start of DMP (Jan 2009) = 46,147.86 Now = 36,826.98DFD = [STRIKE]Jan 2014[/STRIKE] May 2013 ([strike]60[/strike] [STRIKE]52[/STRIKE] 41 payments to go)NSD:Nov 12/12:jDec 9/10 Jan 5/10Slowly but surely:coffee:0 -

Back on track: NSD number 8 today. :j I'm pleased with my progress, but I'm not going to get complacent because I can see how unplanned for circumstances (some nice, some not so nice) can get in the way of the best made plans. I suppose that the thing I've learned is that 'slip ups' don't have to mean 'might as well give up'. This thread helps to keep this perspective. Thank you all! :T0

I'm half way there, managed 2 more NSD's this week bringing my total to 5/10 so fingers crossed will manage to fit 5 more in before end of month!0
