Thanks for extending the pledge BigMummaF!
Had a good day today and was very disciplined. The cafebar at work must be losing their profit! Hey ho!My own sandwiches are much more tasty anyway;). So I managed to achieve NSD number 6 today. :jAm defrosting the bread for my sandwiches tomorrow and feeling quite confident that I can avoid spending on any 'little extras'. This thread is an inspiration, so thanks all. :T

I managed a nsd yesterday, but woke up late today and ended up getting a taxi to work again.
Still, I've managed 4/10 no spend days so far so it's not going too badly.

NSD yesterday and today :j
Saturday night, I suddenly realised that spending £20 a week on sandwich & drink on average for work equates to nearly £1,000 a year!!! :think:MFW on your mark0 -
Well, yesterday I finally had NSD 2 for the month.
It's ok though. I had something huge on last Saturday. Really, really huge. And I had so much preparation to do the week before that I was too busy to be sensible and cook and things, so I bought food a lot. I wasn't expecting the week to go well in terms of NSDs. But it's done now. I have 7 NSD left to get in October, which is 19 days. That is definitely achievable.0
