hi i would like to try for 10 NSD's in October. Got one so far and am going to spend tomorrow as going to a craft fair with my sister. must try not to spend too much
    Goals for February
    Declutter 2/50
    Money Made £0/£200
    Overpayments £0/£200
  • No NSD today for me as I ended up going to the pub, (it's the usual night for our group of friends). However I 99% knew this would happen, but I still treated it as a NSD during the day so didn't buy breakfast, lunch of afternoon drinks at work saving me a grand total of about £3. :) Total spend was £7.20 for 2 drinks and two packets of snacks :O

If AFD is Alcohol free..no point me signing up cuz I'm one of those boring old far ts who doesn't drink :p For some reason I have to really fancy a beer or short  so I guess I'm lucky in that respect.

People who don't drink aren't boring! I don't drink, and I'm always the one with energy at the end of the night when everyone else is flagging! Sadly I stopped drinking way before I joined this board, otherwise I would have been able to use the amount I saved for sensible things (like holidays - I don't have much debt, thankfully).

Still, when I quit smoking I will do that - as I now keep track of my spending, I can easily see how much I spend on tobacco each month.

On another note, I had my first NSD of October yesterday! I'm working evenings, which I think will probably help me not spend (although I may lose all my friends!).
