NPB clearing

Hi All,
Did my first and hopefully last NPB last week and he's paid up and given me +ve feedback (actually gave me a little extra for inconvienience).
Now do I need to clear the NPB through ebay now or as I've marked payment received it will clear itself?
Any guidance please?

If you look at your list of 'Sold Items' there will be this note next to the relevant item:
eBay Note: An Unpaid Item dispute has been opened for this item. View Dispute.
You can click the link (View Dispute) and there should be an option to Close Dispute. You will be offered about 3 choices, the first one of which (I think) says something along the lines of 'The buyer and I have completed the transaction and both are satisfied'. Check that option and close the dispute.
If you don't do that I don't think that eBay will close the dispute automatically just because you have marked the item as Paid; the dispute requires a response or the seller to close it as described above. You will continue to see the note next to that item but when you click on the link all that you will be able to read are the various responses between seller and buyer.
I hope that this makes sense!?0 -
Thanks have cleared both now! I'm sure that the buyer will be quite pleased too. I have emailed him to say both have been cleared (he'll have received the email anyway) so I hope he doesn't do it again to someone else he's had 2 strickes from me!
Hope I don't have to do another one!0
