hi all not sure where to put this so if its in the wrong place sorry, but im posting this from my phone lol. My laptop charger pin has come loose in the back of my laptop, an now wont charge. I have only had it 6 months an got it from tescos but i cant find my receipt? It was paid for on my debit card, so can i get a duplicate receipt aw giving tesco my serial no an exact time an date. Then ask them to fix this under the 12 month warrentee? Thanks for any advice.

Tesco would probably be the best people to advise really. Why not have a chat with them?Try saying "I have under-a-pound in my wallet" and listen to people react!0
